# User Access Details

VIEW ORDER

*   Can access Order Details page.

*   Can download technician copy.

*   Can see Order Edit History.

*   Can also search orders.

*   Can view, copy link and print estimate and invoice pdf.

CREATE ORDER

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW ORDER role

*   Can create order. 

*   Can create/edit checklists.

*   Can customise job cards/checklists (master).

*   Can access Garage Tags (master).

*   Can access Garage Packages (master).

*   Can also access appointments and can only confirm the appointments not reschedule and cancel; Can also convert the appointment to repair order.

EDIT ORDER

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW ORDER and CREATE ORDER role

*   Can Edit Order.

CANCEL ORDER

*   Can Cancel Order.

VIEW INVOICE

*   Can access Order Details page.

*   Can download technician copy.

*   Can see Order Edit History.

*   Can also search orders.

*   Can view, copy link and print estimate and invoice pdf.

CREATE INVOICE

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW INVOICE role

*   Can create the invoice. 

*   Can create Counter Sale.

*   Can create/edit checklists.

*   Can also set a reminder.

EDIT INVOICE

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW INVOICE and CREATE INVOICE role.

*   Can edit invoice.

VIEW INVENTORY

*   Can view the Inventory Screen.

*   Can view Inventory alerts.

*   Can view the service and parts master.

CREATE INVENTORY

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW INVENTORY role

*   Can create Purchase Order

*   Can Stock in

*   Can add the stock items.

*   Can add new services and parts (master).

EDIT INVENTORY

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW INVENTORY and CREATE INVENTORY role.

*   Can edit Purchase Order

*   Can edit stock.

*   Can edit new services and parts (master).

VIEW SERVICE AND PARTS (master)

*   Can view the service and parts master.

CREATE SERVICE AND PARTS (master)

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW SERVICE AND PARTS role.

*   Can add new services and parts (master).

EDIT SERVICE AND PARTS (master)

*   All the accesses provided in VIEW SERVICE AND PARTS  and  CREATE SERVICE AND PARTS role.

*   Can edit new services and parts (master).

PAYMENT

*   Can receive payments.

*   Can Send Payment due reminder and payment link.

ACCOUNTS

*   Can fully manage the Accounts.

PARTS APPROVAL

*   Can view inventory, manage parts approval process.
*   Can create purchase order.

PRICE VIEW RESTRICTED

*  Can restrict user from viewing price history

PURCHASE ORDER APPROVAL

* Can approve purchase order.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

*  Can manage shift of all user.

GROUP TECHNICIAN 

* Allow multiple technicians to clock-in single system using passcode.

PRICE EDIT RESTRICTED

* Stop user from editing discount,price and quantity in repair order.

#### Module based access control

CUSTOMERS (Module)

*   Can view/manage customer module.

VENDORS (Module)

*   Can view/manage vendors module.

REMINDERS (Module)

*   Can view/manage reminders & Insurance due modules.

FEEDBACKS (Module)

*   Can view/manage feedback module.

REPORTS (Module)

*   Can view/manage reports module.

TECHNICIAN(Module)

*   Can work on the actual jobs or repairs and can perform time-in and time-out.

JOB CONTROLLER (Module)

*   Can assign jobs to technician and manage timesheets.
