Saving an Excel File as a CSV File

Below are steps to save an Excel workbook to the CSV format by using Excel's Save As command. 

1. In your Excel workbook, click on File tab, and then click Save As.
2. In the Save as type box, choose CSV (Comma delimited).
3. Click on Save.
