# Do I need any training to use the software?

Yes. Training is usually provided during the onboarding process, which typically lasts one to two weeks and is conducted by our Customer Success (CS) team through virtual sessions. Additionally, customers can request an offline, in-person training session by a CS team member, which is available as an add-on service at an additional cost.
