This article will explain how to confirm or reschedule or cancel the appointment booking request.

Step 1 : Click on Calendar icon. You can find this at top left corner.

Step 2 : Under the Requested Tab, you will see the list of all booking requests
To Confirm - Click on CONFIRM. To Reschedule - Click on RESCHEDULE. To Cancel - Click on CANCEL


While confirmation, you can notify the customer about the appointment by selecting "Yes and Notify to Customer" option.

Step 3 : You can view all confirmed bookings under CONFIRMED tab.
You can convert this booking in Repair Order by clicking CONVERT TO REPAIR ORDER
